Altitudes above 1200 meters provide ideal conditions for the development of special grains, giving them distinct characteristics and refined flavors.

Within the municipality of Tapiraí there is a district called Autolândia, a coffee growing region in the Cerrado Mineiro, where the soil, climate and altitude harmoniously provide all the conditions for the cultivation of specialty coffees.
